I'm not sure, but 80 Amish men picked up a house and moved it on their own (apparently these are the kind of Amish people who don't mind being recorded).
Granted, a single pyramid stone is smaller but denser than this house, but I thought it was interesting because it really shows what men can do with a little bit of elbow grease. Ancient men wouldn't necessarily need elaborate technology or aliens to build a pyramid.
